Performance Validity Testing in Judiciary Settings 


In a recent interview, Dr. Robert A. Leark, co-author of MHS’ Pediatric Performance Validity Test SuiteTM (PdPVTS), discussed the use of performance validity testing in judiciary settings to demonstrate the level of accuracy in a youth’s assessment results.   


The PdPVTS is designed for insertion at various points throughout a full test battery to assess maximum performance across time. MHS has compiled several studies that reveal the likelihood of missing false performance during assessments.
