MHS Tokens:

Explained

Tokens are required to purchase reports from the Talent Assessment Portal (TAP).

What are MHS tokens?

Products on TAP are sold per report, which means that while there is no cost for assigning or completing an assessment, you must pay to generate a report.
Reports are generated using a token system. This means that you purchase tokens which can then be redeemed for any report you choose.
When you run out of tokens, you can still administer an assessment; however, you cannot generate any new reports until you have purchased additional tokens.

How can I purchase tokens?

Click the Manage Tokens button on the TAP homepage.
Enter the number of tokens you want to purchase in the Tokens box.
Click Submit, and a new window will open, displaying the purchase page at MHS.com, where you can complete the transaction.

What do I do with my tokens now?

Once you’ve purchased tokens, navigate to the My Products page in the top right corner.
Select the product you want to view, and click Reports from the menu on the left. You will see the available reports and the number of tokens each cost.
